Everything you need in your first week on SpaceHeater.

The five things to do first

1. Log in. Your Label Admin sends an invite to your email — follow the link, then sign in at app.spaceheater.app.
2. Complete your profile. Settings → Profile & Preferences for contact info and notifications. Review your label details under Settings → Labels.
3. Finish Trolley onboarding (Label Admins only). Business verification, bank account, tax info. Required before any release can pay out — do it early, not when your first statement is due.
4. Add your team. Settings → Users. Match the role to the person's job: Admin, Curator, Accountant, or read-only User.
5. Claim your DSP profiles. This is on you, not us, and Spotify can be done before your first release goes live.

How to reach us

Anything operational: [email protected] — account questions, access issues, catalog migrations, allowlisting, and anything that doesn't fit elsewhere.

Changes to a live release: approved releases can't be edited directly. Open a change request (to edit) or takedown request (to remove) from the release itself.

Artist mapping or catalog problems: your SpaceHeater / Fat Beats Label Manager — these usually need a remap or metadata fix on our side.
